How your information is used

This notice explains how Handled ("we", "us") handles the information you send through handledinfra.com and by email.
Who we are
Handled (also Handled Infrastructure) buys surplus enterprise hardware and arranges the decommissioning, freight and data handling around it. For privacy questions, email hello@handledinfra.com.
What we collect
- What you enter in the inventory form: name, company, work email, equipment location and inventory details, plus anything you add in the optional project details (such as phone number) and any files you attach.
- What you send us by email, including attachments, and the details you enter if you book a call.
- How you reached the page: campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters and ad click IDs), the referring page and the page you submitted from. These are kept in your browser for the current session only, so they can be attached to your inquiry.
- Basic server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
- To review your inventory and contact you about your inquiry.
- To follow up on a potential project, prepare a valuation and, if you decide to go ahead, complete the transaction.
- To keep relevant business records and to understand which channels bring useful inquiries.
We don't sell your information, add you to mailing lists, or publish or circulate your inventory to solicit bids.
Who we share it with
- Parties to a transaction. If you choose to pursue a valuation or sale, we share the inventory and contact details needed with the company that will issue the written offer and purchase the equipment. We'll tell you who that is before any offer or commitment.
- Project service providers. If a project goes ahead, the freight, on-site and data-handling providers involved receive only what they need for their part of the work, such as contact names and the pickup location.
- Website and email providers. Form submissions and attachments are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. Our email is provided by Microsoft 365. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which receives the details you enter on the booking page. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, follow up on potential projects and maintain relevant business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time, subject to any recordkeeping obligations that apply.
Please don't send
Passwords, personal data stored on the equipment, or anything covered by a confidentiality agreement you can't share. If you need an NDA before sharing details, ask first.
Your choices
To request a copy of what we hold, correct it or have it deleted, email support@handledinfra.com. Privacy questions can go to hello@handledinfra.com.
